hi!
you don’t seem to have an article for back sleepers, and they are like the majority. i mean side sleepers are ok to but only forty smth per cent. why dont you make a reviw on the matresses for back sleepers?
William
Hello William!
This is not entirely correct. 41% of us are only a type of side-sleepers. Some more are still side-sleepers. It’s just that 41% sleep in the fetus position. 15% sleep in the log position and 13% more sleep in the yearner position. That means, 69% of us are side sleepers.
And it’s not just that. Sleeping on your back is also easier. And thus there are less requirements for the mattresses to meet. You can test it yourself. Just lie on the floor, and you will find out that lying on your back is the most comfortable position you can adopt.
Anyway, every back sleeper is different. Some of them like sleeping hard, some of them like softer beds. But I think most people who sleep on their backs do prefer sleeping on more hard surfaces. So if you’re a back sleeper, and you don’t really know what kind of mattress you should be getting, try out firm mattresses first. Who knows, maybe that’s just the thing you were looking for.
I hope this helps. Good luck to you!
Mark.
